The Indianapolis Colts Youth Football Department along with Riley Hospital for Children, CardioChek and the Indiana Dairy Council Inc. have teamed up to create the Colts Fitness Camp. This camp is geared towards middle school students in grades 6 – 8. Colts alumni player and Super Bowl XXLI winner Mike Prior teaches students how to workout and live a healthy lifestyle during this hour long school program."

Now that summer is here and the cold weather is gone, it's time to shop for a few more beautiful plus size blouses. Whether you shop online or in a real brick and mortar store, there are dozens of deals the can easily be had. While I admit I do the vast majority of my shopping online, whether it is for lingerie or cold weather outerwear (there's nothing like a fur-lined winter coat to snuggle up in), I still try to get out to my local outlet malls.
